Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or legal guardian, and Sixsense FZ-LLC, the operator of Buddy. Contact: contact@sixsense.mn.

1. Who can use Buddy

Only adults aged 18 or over can create an account, and you must confirm your email address. You may let your own children, or children in your legal care, use Buddy under your account. You are responsible for how Buddy is used on your devices and for giving consent for your child.

2. What Buddy is, and what it is not

• Buddy is an AI helper. It can make mistakes or say things that are not quite right. It is not a teacher, doctor, therapist, babysitter or emergency service.
• Buddy does not replace adult supervision. Please stay nearby, especially at first, and read the chats on your parent page.
• If your child is in danger, call your local emergency number. Buddy cannot contact anyone.
• Buddy cannot control the computer. When it gives computer help, your child does the steps.

3. Safety features

We use a strict kid safe instruction for the AI, automatic checks on what goes in and comes out, and parent alerts. These lower the risk but cannot remove it completely. Tell us at contact@sixsense.mn if Buddy ever says something it should not, and we will fix it.

4. Your account

Keep your password and PIN private. The PIN locks for 15 minutes after 5 wrong tries. You can pause Buddy, change limits, or delete your account and data at any time on the parent page.

5. Fair use

Do not try to make Buddy produce harmful content, do not use it to harm others, and do not try to break or overload the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

6. Other websites

Videos open on YouTube Kids and approved websites open in a new tab, after a grown up types the PIN unless you turned that off. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

7. Price

Buddy is free during early access. If we add a paid plan, we will show the price clearly and you will choose whether to buy it. Nothing is charged without your clear action.

8. Your content

Beats and drawings your child makes belong to your family. They stay on your device unless you share them.

9. Liability

Buddy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (zero during free early access). Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can stop using Buddy and delete your account at any time.
